Shipping
Orders leave our studio within 2 business days, tracked worldwide. Shipping is a flat $9, and free on orders over $150. Prints ship rolled in protective tubes; notebooks and postcards ship in rigid mailers.
Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days to return unopened items for a full refund. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and a replacement ships free, no return needed.
Print care
Our prints use pigment inks on archival matte paper rated for 75+ years. Frame behind UV glass and keep out of direct sunlight to hold the colours at their best.
Order issues
Quote your order number (it starts with PV-) in your message and we can find everything in one go. Address changes are possible until the order leaves the studio.
Wholesale and licensing
For gallery orders, editorial licensing of photographs, or bulk notebook orders, write to us with quantities and timelines and we will reply with a quote.
